This company is a scam. Thankfully, I have some background in gemology. The necklace we purchased had no treatments mentioned. When I looked at it under the microscope, it was obvious that the sapphire had been treated with heat and is full of fractures. The so-called 'ruby' is just that lead glass filled stuff and still shows significant fractures with low clarity. The facet junctions on these gems look like they’ve been around for decades, they’re really chipped. I’ll be reaching out for a full refund. Shoppers, be cautious. This is not just shady; it’s downright illegal and totally unethical.

Honestly, if I had the choice, I'd give this company a zero star rating. Unfortunately, that's not an option here. The earrings I got were just shoddily made, and I was honestly taken aback. I put them on, and while I was just sitting there, the stone fell right off onto the floor. Getting a return label has been a real hassle. I've been told twice now that I'd get an email with the return label, but still nothing. In a time when return labels can be sent in a flash, I can't shake the feeling that I've been duped. I'll wait another 24 hours, hoping to finally get that return label, but I ain't holding my breath. Just a heads up to other buyers.

Watch out for low-quality costume jewelry! The ring I got was supposed to be purplish, but nah, it was green. You could only see the green when the light hit it just right; otherwise, it looked black. Plus, it felt super cheap. When I reached out to see about swapping it due to the color issue, the person on the line was really rude and snappy, so I just canceled my order! Honestly, the worst customer service I've ever dealt with!
